CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Block laying
The CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Block laying provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to work as a qualified bricklayer or block layer in the construction industry. This course covers constructing masonry structures, laying bricks and blocks, building walls, arches and decorative features, and working safely on construction sites. Students will develop practical, job-ready skills through hands-on training in real or simulated work environments.
Course Entry Requirement
- IELTS 6.0 or higher or Equivalent TOEFL (60) or Above, PTE (50), Upper Intermediate or EAP (English Placement Test) provided by SMI.
- Minimum Age requirement is 18 Years or Above.
- Successfully completion of a Year 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Students must have a sense of balance and the ability to cope with the physical demands of the training and assessment that involves working at heights, heavy lifting, manual labour, operation of tools (both manual and power tools) etc.
